Joanne believes in a hands-on approach, taking the time to understand her clients and their
unique needs. Having lived and invested in the Heights and nearby areas since 1996, she

Joanne specializes in residential resale in close-in neighborhoods such as the Heights, Oak

Eastwood to name a few. She also has extensive knowledge of the West End on Galveston
Island and loves helping her clients find vacation homes on the bay or beach.

Joanne lives in the Heights with her son who attends Harvard Elementary and their two
rescue dogs, Brody and Tucker. When not in Houston, they can be found relaxing down in
Jamaica Beach or camping at any one of their favorite spots like Big Bend, Dinosaur Valley
State Park, and McKinney Falls.
