Having lived and invested in the Heights and nearby areas since 1996, she has a thorough understanding of these markets. Joanne specializes in residential resale in close-in neighborhoods such as the Heights, Oak Forest, Garden Oaks, Shepherd Park Plaza, Timbergrove, Cottage Grove, Montrose, and Royden Oaks to name a few. She also has extensive knowledge of the West End on Galveston Island and loves helping her clients find vacation homes on the bay or beach.

Joanne lives in the Heights with her son who attends Hogg Middle School and their rescue dog, Tucker. When not in Houston, they can be found relaxing down in Jamaica Beach or camping at any one of their favorite spots like Big Bend, Dinosaur Valley State Park, and McKinney Falls.
